If you live in Chestnuthill twp. The recycling center will take styrofoam. If not, it goes in the trash. Paint cans with paint in them can be disposed of after putting cat litter in the can and let it dry. Spray paint containers can be recycled whether there is paint in them or not.
The foam depends on where you live. I would just put it out with my regular trash. As far as the paint, same thing as long as it's not liquid you can put it out with your regular trash. You can use cat litter, speedy dri, zip zorb, or the paint shops sell stuff to put in that solidifies it.
