Reservations are recommended, but we always try to oblige walk in diners when we can.
The place is great and does draw a crowd. We've always been seated, though we accept seating in the bar area. If you prefer the dining room at prime time weekends, a reservation is recommended!
I recommend reservations for a larger group or for a weekend. Eating at the bar is a wonderful experience for a smaller group.
Depending on the day it does get crowded, so I agree that reservations are a very good idea. You can eat in the bar area, so for a couple it's worth taking a look in there. Bar staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Reservations are recommend.
For dinner it is best to make a reservation, but for lunch I usually just walk in. They will always try to accommodate a guest when they can.
Suggested for dinner (6pm and on)
I did not need them, but they were pretty busy.
