The facility IS beautiful. However, these people (the administration) will be smiling while they lie to your face. They will tell you they can care for “anyone” at any stage of health other than those who are ventilator dependent but if they take a dislike to you for any reason then suddenly you or your loved one are too much trouble and not appropriate for their facility. They spun a nice tale about how they could care for my father but when the chips were down they COULDN’T care for him unless I paid an ADDITIONAL $20,000 per month.

The receptionist was very polite. Building seemed pristine. Location was very odd and confusing to get to.

I came to visit with a friend to see his mother an I really thought it was a great place an wanted to consider bringing my dad there the only flaw was the rude concierge name crystal

My mother is looking at moving into a retirement community. We went to visit Echo Lake on a weekend and I expected there would be nothing happening since they just opened. As we entered we were surprised to see about 15 residents being entertained by an employee (Ginger). They were all laughing and enjoying some cocktails and milkshakes. My mother joined in with the group. Ginger could not have done more to make us feel welcomed. We have toured many places and have not witnessed a group of happier people. Definitely a place to consider.

My mom moved there months ago, and is a founding member. She has a one bedroom plus a den and I know it's more than $5,000 a month, but you get a lot of extras for that money including dinner every day, cleaning services, most of utilities paid, Etc. Unless you have a healthy retirement fund, this is out of the range of many people. The owners spared no expense building this community, and it's quite beautiful inside and has many amenities. Everything really is top-notch including the dining experience and food. They even provided a gardening area outside this past summer where my mom was able to grow her tomatoes.
