Was really excited to try this place, and I won’t be coming back. I totally understand being understaffed, but no one came to check on my table or refill drinks after the initial bringing until I got my food. The pancakes were not fully cooked, and the server with the dark hair acted annoyed when I said they gave me a wrong item. Upon paying, when I handed the same server the receipt with the tip, as I turned around she said audibly “you should really smile”. You have absolutely no clue what’s going on in someone’s life, the social anxieties they’re overcoming, or the morning they may have had. “Everyone is fighting a battle you know nothing about” should be posted for that woman to read every single day. You have no right to be so rude. Just because I’m not bubbly or happy does not mean you get to degrade me. What a disappointment.

Outstanding service. Breakfast was excellent. I even had a special request which they fulfilled no problem. Very welcoming and cozy. Plenty of free off street parking which is helpful since parking can be an issue in Malvern borough.

Adorable restaurant with delicious food and friendly service. There were so many yummy looking things on the menu, so we will definitely be going back!

Gave this place a try on a Saturday morning while in town. Service was friendly and the food was good. Definitely a good bang for your buck. We left with our tummys full and didn't have to break the bank. Our server was generous enough to answer our questions we had with certain items on the menu. We decided to go with a few of the locals favorite dishes and was highly satisfied. If we come back to visit this area again I would definitely head back to Julie Anne's.
