They just sell kits. They don't do replacement parts. You need to see the kits manufacturer for that sort of thing
When my Dad bought a model car kit the hood was broken. We called the number on the box. They had us send a copy of receipt and a picture of the broken hood and they sent him a new model kit free of charge.
