Management is so rude, the lady came up to me and my brother and told us to get off the premises immediately because it was 9:01 and they close at nine, i then apologized and said we would be leaving soon, literally had one box to move. Then told us that she has to watch us leave and had the rudest attitude and stood there until we drove away, definitely miss the old management.

Hi Mickey, Gate access is 6am-9pm, 365 days per year.
Hi Danyell, Access is denied after the 1st of each month if rent has not been paid. Late fees are dependent on the overall delinquency status for the entire rental. For a more detailed explanation, please give us a call. We're happy to go over the policy timeline with you.
