I would give a 10 star review if I could. I initially applied on my own, started my own appeal, and thought, I probably need an attorney for this. I'm really grateful my 2nd time around, I had this group on my side. It's scary enough going through it alone, and it really is scary to have to hire an attorney. Ben truly cares about his clients, and I couldn't have done my case without them. They truly care and show compassion with you through the process. It was a long battle, and I am so thankful for the office. I truly recommend them. They were nothing but outstanding.

After years of declining health issues, and at the nudging of my family physician, I decided to apply for SSDI. I was encouraged to hire an attorney as the process is rather arduous. After talking with and comparing several law firms I chose Utah Disability, P.C. My experience with their offices was fantastic from the intake interview to being awarded benefits in less than a year. My lawyer, Ben Johnston, was incredible. Ben was compassionate and responsive whenever I had questions along the way. I highly recommend Utah Disability, P.C. to anyone embarking on this journey. Don't try to navigate this process on your own, choose a specialist. Their fees were more than reasonable and are contingent on your being awarded benefits. I'm so happy I chose them to help me through this complex process.

Mr. Parker was able get our case approved in rapid order, what took years for us to get practically nowhere! He even came out to our home to do the intake appointment. Very kind & compassionate service.

I have worked with Benjamin Johnston and the team at Utah Disability Law on many cases. They have been nothing but professional, friendly, and hard working. I couldn’t ask for a more dedicated group of people who take the time to understand their cases and truly fight for their clients. I would recommend them to anyone who is trying to collect Social Security Disability Benefits.

Questions & Answers

I live at Terraces of Rose Park, a 55+, owner owed complex which is managed by a non-professional elected HOA Board. My pressing issue is that I have several medical visitors who have difficulty accessing the property. Buildings are not labeled.

If you need legal advice about how to deal with visitors with medical limitations, this firm would not be your best bet. They deal almost exclusively with Social Security Disability issues.

You will need to call them.

Nathan Isaac Rumsey here. SSDI payments stopped because social security received a "returned" letter. I informed them of issues with my girlfriend. My question is do I absolutely NEED a physical address in order to continue receiving benefits?

I'm not an attorney, so I'm not qualified to answer. I'm sure a call to their office would get you the information you need.
