On Sunday there's no problem. During the week not so easy.
There is a parking garage a few blocks away for the UA kaufman astoria movie theater. You can park there. I believe it is free.
Just street/meter parking. It's a busy little area, so just be prepared to circle around blocks until you get lucky. You may get a spot in front, but you may have to park 4 or 5 blocks away.
I don't know about parking, but it is really easy to get their by bus.
