There is a front desk that allows you purchase your tickets with card or cash. They are all really friendly. There is also a check in for coats and bags.
Hi, I work at the Museum. It really depends on what program. Sometimes tickets sell out, especially if it's set in the smaller theater. Just give yourself time and come early.

Hi Jan, For general museum admission, there's no need for advance purchase. Just show up and check in at our admission desk. Also, please note that every Friday, the Museum offers free gallery admission from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.
