I am paying child support but have my son 6 to 7 days a week because his mother refuses to see him. This has been going on for over a year now and I want child support suspended, how do I achieve this?

Might as well file for custody of your son and file for support from the mother.

File for custody modification and support modification.

Gotta file for a modification and that can take months to achieve then custody then proof of everything and during that time she's still gonna be able to collect and if you stop best believe you'll still be put on jail.
