Wish you could give them a zero!! Pa Orphan's Court makes guardianship miserable for families who are already stressed. Annual filing is made complicated and difficult. The website is impossible to navigate. It's ridiculous. Financial information reporting is already completed through SSI as the guardian representative payee. 13 pages in all for the annual report only hurts families struggling to care for their loved ones.. You should be ashamed!

If you’re looking for any marriage license obtainment or suppose, go to Chester county so you don’t have to interact with Deborah Groen, who is incredibly disrespectful and impatient. I would give 0 stars if I could.

No one answers the phone or email for the marriage license department. I showed up in person to ask my questions and they were so rude and short tempered with me I almost cried.

My wife and I obtained our marriage license through this office, but the staff mistyped the date we were married in their system and sent us an incorrect Duplicate Marriage Certificate. Their error raises issues about the legality of our marriage under the county’s timing rules. This is a really big deal because the error impacts our ability to do basic things like get health insurance, file our taxes properly, buy a home, and anything else where we have to confirm the date we got married on legal documents under penalty of perjury. While I am sympathetic to someone making a mistake (we’re all human), we have reached out 14 times via email and phone (leaving messages) for over 4 months and have not received a response. This should be an easy fix if this office would get back to us. Our attorney says we may have to sue the county and state, naming specific individuals at this office, to seek an injunction to get them to fix their error. This all seems so unnecessary. To the office: please get back to us! For what it’s worth, I did not find your staff to be rude as the other reviews suggest. But your actions are really hurting us and causing a lot of financial and emotional stress.
