9-9-22..on this day the gentleman working was doing his best being the only one there. Friendly and informative and tried helping everybody until construction crew cut the power and he still kept a smile and kept everybody informed of the situation til the decision from higher up to close up shop. He is a Great asset to that location

Been here since 8am for an upgrade to a real I.d …. It’s 4:06pm I still HAVEN’T been seen. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. This is the dmv.. this place should be fully staffed AT ALL TIMES. Then the older lady in there is slow as molasses.. something needs to be DONE. Someone else needs to be hired.. they need a bigger facility.

Why can they keep more employees? I have been there a total of 4 times....at different times and I can get seen because there is only one flipping person working! Maybe they should shut this office down and focus on keeping one office.

Orrrrr.. maybe we shouldn’t shut it down and just consider the fact that this ONE building has so many roles to play...it has to be used as a DMV, it’s used for FEMA, EMS, and PD, But yes I do agree with you on maybe they should get at least one other person in there

The DMV is by appointment only for all services. For "first come first serve" walk-in service, try a DMV express location, the closest is in Lillington.

You also have to have a certificate stating specifically why you're there and how you got the permit certificate and a bunch of other things but I'm sure you can
