The fact that my dad was able to sign himself out with me having a POA that has been sent to them. Is not anything that should have happened. We have stated we didn’t want him to leave with anyone besides his two daughters and a perfect stranger came in and signed him out. Lawyers will be next contact, they know he is coming down with early Alzheimer’s but he signed himself out.

My sister has been here since January 2020 and the office still hasn't updated her being there and she hasn't received,they still haven't sent in proof of her being there. I chave made several calls trying to get them to do the proper paperwork. She depends on her checks to pay her for her needs. I wish I had never taken her there. I now wish I had never taken her there, some of the boring staff are rude mean disrespectful to the patients there.

I am proud to say I am a member of this team. I have worked at this building nearly 30 years and would not dream of going anywhere else. The staff works hard to meet each resident personal needs. We love our residents
