Guys, just call the state Senate or legislators. After 6 months of trying one call to the legislator and I had Medicaid within a week.
This office doesn't answer phones or return calls.

Staff are largely unhelpful, and this is complicated by a slow and antiquated state-wide system for human services. Public benefits like SNAP, Medicaid, and TANF need to be upgraded to meet the way people live in the digitized 2020s.

They don't give replacements you will have to wait for it in the mail
I have been calling for days and cannot get through to a person, this is absurd, how can a person be reached or do you need to go to the office.

Yes! I had to call them...I was advised that most times they will call you before the end of the day.

Yes they will check your bank accounts. If you are self employed they will require your tax returns. If you work fo someone else they will ask 1 month of paystubs
