The worst. Know matter how bad the mother is, don't put your kids through school, abuse kids, move out of state, and etc., they will support...Doesn't matter to them, they don't care about the kids just money. They are thieves.. Money hungry H

You can apply for spousal support. I got from my husband for less time.
Might as well file for custody of your son and file for support from the mother.

You probably should go to Domestic Relations and file a petition to modify your child support. I believe there is a $30 filing fee. Hope this helps a little?
You need to go to the Court Administration office it's on the 2nd floor in the Courthouse. They're open Monday through Friday 8:30~4:15.
