Is this place really bad. Like neighbor wise, crime,etc. I like really kool neighbors who knows the true meaning of being a neighbor. They say it takes a village to raise kids but can anyone say this place is that? I want my family to be happy.

Personally I have not had a safe experience. My apartment was broken into and my safe was stolen. There is zero security and no survellience cameras anywhere. Since I've lived here my building has had the sheriffs department pounding on units at least a dozen times. In reality it's also over priced for the location. The office will also lie to you that this is still "port st Lucie" so they can charge more rent. Water, electric and insurance companies all classify this as fort pierce. I rented solely because this is the only place I could find that doesn't have breed or weight restrictions on pets.

Thanks. I didn't know my wife had visited this place when we first got here. She didn't like it. Typical woman I was at work. I asked my boss about it he said not to move out here so he just helped us get into a house like 2hours after I posted this. Hope all works out for your cousin. Be bless!

Hi James, I visit different people in this community and my cousin. My opinion move in a house especially with kids. Don't know your situation but it's not a bad place just stay to yourself if you want to live in a apartment. The grounds out there are very horrible(smelly). If you have animals be careful. People never clean up after their animals. My cousin wasn't able to bring her iguana so I'm assuming no reptile species of any sort. Just visit the place. Advice Gatlin area in the back of Port St Lucie is better. It's closer to everything.
