Been living here for 6 years It's a good place to live in but I'm moving out in 3 month because of the $500 price hike on rent. $1,300 was pushing it but $1,800 that's the straw that broke the camel's back for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom that's outrageous!!!! we are not in New York where space is not limited Update I'll talk to the apartment manager now my rent is $1450. For the first time in 6 years I'm starting to having a roach problem which is weird I don't even cook at home I eat at work my stove been unplugged more than a year to save electricity and yet I have a roach problem

Kitterman Woods is a pleasure and friendly Apt complex. Ms. Brittney is so helpful and always delightful. Russell is an excellent maintenance man. Keeps the place nice and clean. Wonderful and quiet place to live.

I've lived here at Kitterman Woods for 2yrs and honestly Mrs. Elizabeth and Russell are the 2 most memorable and favorable Personnel on staff to Me! Mrs. Elizabeth showed Me My new unit and was always understanding and help as can be! Russell is the true definition of how Your maintenance Manager should be for the simple fact that He's gonna treat Your Unit like his own and makes sure whatever need to be taken care of is checked on or done with in the day!

Just don't expect luxury. Trash compactor always broke. Rats are all over. Contractors are disrespectful. For example its 730 in the a.m. and they think is feasible to start demolition and then if they here you in the shower it's funny to bang on the wall for fun for them. $2800 for a 3bed 2bath

They only have 1\1, 2/2's and 3/2's. I currently rent a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom for $1306 a month plus water and electric. This is one of the cheaper units. Good luck!
Personally I have not had a safe experience. My apartment was broken into and my safe was stolen. There is zero security and no survellience cameras anywhere. Since I've lived here my building has had the sheriffs department pounding on units at least a dozen times. In reality it's also over priced for the location. The office will also lie to you that this is still "port st Lucie" so they can charge more rent. Water, electric and insurance companies all classify this as fort pierce. I rented solely because this is the only place I could find that doesn't have breed or weight restrictions on pets.
Hello. Our two bedrooms range depending on floor level/view. They can range anywhere from $1280-$1415. We only require 1st month's rent and security deposit. Security can range from $250-1 month's rent. That will depend on credit and rental history.
Your water bill is added on top of your monthly rent in a single bill.

Well im from wisconsin and for me its expensive. Its a bit more expensive when ive compared numbers in my neighborhood. Also depends if u live on first or 3rd floor and whether u face the pond or parking. So price varies. great community though and awesome for pets. Pools super clean.
