Thank you for your question. It is important that you contact the Child Support Program right away when you receive a notice from us that your driver license may be suspended. The Program needs information from you about why you missed payments and your current ability to pay. We can work with you to stop the suspension or, to reinstate your license once it has been suspended. You may also choose the option to enter into a written agreement to pay your past-due support in monthly payments. Select “Suspension Actions” to learn more about Driver License Reinstatement, and select “Written Agreement” to learn more about written agreements.
