For me it is the worst office that exists in Miami, I have been waiting for a year for an answer and a decision on my case and even they themselves do not give me the answer, the father of my son has lived here for 8 years and has NEVER given me not a dollar for his son.. And not even the authorities have done their job to solve this, very disappointed in this entity

Since January of this year I would no longer have to pay 400 dollars, but due to an error by the legal department they continue to deduct them, I had a hearing with the judge on May 13 and he made me an order clarifying that they do not have to deduct me, we are in September and they still keep discounting me, if I call nobody knows how to give you an explanation, you can't talk to supervisors or the legal department either, if someone went through this situation and knows what to do, please write to me, thanks.

THE NUMBER DOESNT EVEN WORK . They have the worst customer service and try to avoid doing their job. Such a disgrace .

I live in Miami and I do child support in Texas and now I have opened another case in Miami, how can I know if my case is being processed?
The logic is that most people that are in this situation that dont pay child support need a little more motivation to do so. Plenty of people suddenly have the money when they get their first notice. The only reason its getting suspended is that the person has not paid in the last 30 days if the state is involved or If it's a county case and the person hasn't paid in the last 30 days and the custodial parent called for enforcement then they have 20 days to do so if no payment then another letter is sent to the noncustodial parent for payment, then its suspended. As you can see the process takes a while. That the person didn't make a payment in time and now gets his or hers license suspended is a last resort.
Its the back child support payments. If he has any old payment that's not paid in full then it will continue.
You can't
