The logic is that most people that are in this situation that dont pay child support need a little more motivation to do so. Plenty of people suddenly have the money when they get their first notice.The only reason its getting suspended is that the person has not paid in the last 30 days if the state is involved or If it's a county case and the person hasn't paid in the last 30 days and the custodial parent called for enforcement then they have 20 days to do so if no payment then another letter is sent to the noncustodial parent for payment, then its suspended. As you can see the process takes a while. That the person didn't make a payment in time and now gets his or hers license suspended is a last resort.
You can get to work by bus or Lyft. Pay your child support. It's for the child's well being. The child!
