Yes, there are hydrants and every Campground area. Within probably a hundred yards of almost every all of the camper sites that we saw did not have a water hookah you had to put water in your fresh tank.
Yes they have water and electric at most of the sites. We had to run a couple of hoses to get to the water connection.
