How often are dolphins seen on this cruise? Is there a specific time of day or year that is recommended to catch a glimpse of them?

We were on the first luncheon, and we saw at least four, great afternoon.

We were on the 4pm cruise. We saw 2, but only for a few minutes.

I seen them there was about 7 or more playing and jumping by the boat

We went on the 7pm sailing/last month and were accompanied by dolphins almost the whole ride :)

They have no set schedule. But 7 out of 10 times that I go to the coast/beach/intercoastal I see them.
