Dr. Harrison did my shoulder replacement, so I'm not sure how they do tears, etc. But, they are the best around. Dr. Harrison is a miracle worker in my eyes. I would bet they do it though.
I'm having arthroscopic surgery on my knee this week, so I would guess they do it on shoulders as well unless a more detailed procedure is needed.
