My experience at the Pineda Florida Pain Institute was very pleasant. The staff was comforting, kind, witty and made me feel at ease. Dr. Fetouh did an amazing job with my epidural steroid shots. Thank you!

Tried to get another appointment with Dr Udeshi. Scheduler was rude and unhelpful! Never going back to them although I had 6 visits authorized by my insurance company

My appointment time was at 1:15 pm, with Dr. Esposito, I arrived at 1:13 pm, filled out normal paperwork standing, yes they were busy. There were at least 5 people that came in after me, all being called to be seen. After an hour, my lower back pain had increased, I get up and have to move around a bit to ease pain. I finally went up and said to the front desk That evidently they are over booked and to reschedule me as I had to lay down. Told her to send me an e mail and I called for my ride. Totally un acceptable, and I am a patient man. On top of all that we were to discuss my MRI which I had to go for last week at 8 pm., usually in bed at that time. These diagnostic places are busy !

How do you get to be able to talk to a human when you call? You can't unless you choose the new patient option and then that person gets an attitude. What you can do is leave as many messages as you want and not have any of them returned.

They do answer the phone. They also call people back. I had no problem when I called. I even found the person to be funny and she joked around with me. She was very patient and full of empathy. You maybe caught them in a wrong mood or something. Everyone is human.
