In October of 2020 I broke my heel and Dr. Segina was the doctor that took care of me ! At first he was ok then 4 months later when I was able to walk again my foot had excruciating pain ! I think he thought I just wanted pain meds ! He told me that my foot was heeled and that my foot will probably hurt up 2 a year ! That's just how long it takes for a heel to heel ! He told me to go get inserts for my shoes! Ok I get it ! The heel is a hard one and bad one to break ! My foot hurt so bad! Some days I can hardly walk still and it's been 15 months ! So I finally went to Dr. Dunbar in Ashtabula Ohio ! She knew exactly what was wrong ! I just can't believe Dr. Segina didn't know that ! I can still picture him sitting there with his arms crossedsaying "I'm not I'm giving you any pain medication ! Your heel is heeled ! He didn't give me the time of day ! Not very professional ! Thanks Dr. Segina ! So my new doctor figured out that it's tendonitis ! ! Thanks Dr. Dunbar ! Maybe I can get my quality of life back where it use to be ! I just don't understand why some doctors think that they're somebody ! You the the difference between God and a doctor ? God doesn't think he's a doctor !

My husband fractured his knee, got referred to this doctor and they denied him. Told him the xrays were false and that nothing was wrong with him. So we went to Omni and they confirmed he did more than fracture his knee. This doctor obviously doesn’t care and will reject for no reason. It took them almost a week just to tell them they’re not taking him, so my husband was in pain for a week waiting for answers. They’re a waste of time. If you’re in urgent need, don’t go to them.

Dr Segina did an excellent job on my 22 year old daughter’s 2 broken arms and wrists after her motor cycle accident. He took extra care to keep her tattoos in tact as much as possible because he knew how important they were to her (most would not even consider that after such a tragic event) Now in rehab she says she is so grateful for his work!
