No but it would be nice if they added that in the future.

They added a shuttle this year to go downtown. $10 per adult one way, $20 round trip. Well worth it for us!

Place. Is overly priced. Sites are to close together.

No shuttle . parking ran us $20 for 3 hrs

Not that Im aware of, but you could always get Uber or Lyft

I do not believe so. We used Uber from Resort so we didn't have to deal with downtown parking for a concert.
