We have really enjoyed and found great value working with Prysm Corp. First they did a fantastic job wiring our new office space. Through that process we found out about their Prysm Voice service and eventually felt good about using them for our office phone service. We have not been disappointed one bit. It has given us all the tools we need for voice communication. The flexible is great. It is easy for our users to use the service at the office and on their mobile phones when working from home. It has allowed us to easily set up our one full time remote worker. The call quality has been very, very good. The service that Lorne and Alex have provided has been fantastic. Very responsive and they have solved every tweak we needed to for getting our calls to route the way want them to. Last, the transition was super easy and we had no down time. I highly recommend Prysm for any IT related needs but can especially recommend their Prysm Voice service.

I could not be more pleased with Prysm as they jumped into action when our building received a large amount of water damage. They worked fast to get us back up and running with new VoIP for our building phones putting them directly to our cell phones so we could work remotely. That had us well prepared for an unexpected global pandemic and working remotely for months.
