I loved going to party city. I am what you may call a spur of the moment buyer. Recently they redid party city and yesterday was my first time shopping in it. At first glance it was obvious they copied off of spirit halloween. The store design is quite similar. On the positive it does look spacious. Where it fails though is that where once I felt I could get my party needs met at party city store, now I felt disappointed. Their options were limited in every department. And when asked about their famous Wall of costume that was sadly gone. I also was treated rudely when I asked if they had a mirror since I was interested in purchasing masquerade mask. In the past the employees were friendlier. It wasn't just towards me. He was also mean with someone over the phone about balloons. Sadly it seems my party city is gone. Yes they do have signs for you to go ONLINE to purchase. But if I wish to purchase online why would I drive to the store. It's sad. I always loved going to them for all my party needs and just regular shopping needs of random fun stuff. Now that seems gone
