Yes they are allowed in the museum but not really inside of the exhibits. Outside of each exhibit is a parking stroller area that they ask you to utilize.
Sort of. They are allowed but its not very stroller friendly. Prepare to have to leave it in stroller patking for most exhibits.
I believe so. The however part is it can become crowded during peak times with school group outings and such during summer and other evemts so plan accordingly.
