Would be great if all of Springfield area could use it with out pay $89 a year don't understand why some people in Springfield in pay to use the public library they should be free or at low cost so everyone can come and enjoy the library and how much has to offer

There is no new building. This one was built in 1978 I believe. Could be time to look at building another location tho! Springfield really needs one.
