Just my two cents....did you pit the unopened bag in the new water to let it come to the same temp and then open the bag slight to let the water mingle before putting the fish into their new environment? Just a thought.

If you're interested in purchasing more fish please bring a small sample of your water so that we can test it to make sure anyone new you add to your tank will be well. Our returns for any live animal/aquatic purchase is 30 days. Take your receipt and a sample of the tank water to find out what's wrong first, they can test it for tand help correct the problem before you get more fish
