At least 60 minutes before the flight. But check first to make sure the flight is not canceled. It's a small airport.
I second NGA. I fly out of the airport all of the time and 9 times out of 10 the previous flight is late or there is a mechanical issue. I have wasted entire days in the Greenville airport.
The rule-of-thumb is at least 2 hours before the flight departs, but by 9:45 will be ok.
