Good afternoon! Currently, the community is accepting 10% fully-refundable reservations for residents to select their future home at SpringShire. Per the NC Department of Insurance, once we have pre-sold 75% of the community, we will move forward with construction.

SpringShire will be a not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community with on-site healthcare. This means that residents can live independently when they move in, enjoying a host of services and amenities. If and when the time comes that they need a higher level of care, the community will provide Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing Care in private accommodations, right on site.

SpringShire will have a mix of villas, free-standing estate homes and apartment homes. The sizes of the homes will range from 800-1800 square feet with various floor plan options! Feel free to contact SpringShire today to see all of your options!

SpringShire is currently in the beginning phases. Once construction begins and we get closer to opening, we will be looking to fill a variety of positions within the community.
