Terrible as usual

American Airlines staff closed the gate a half an hour before the plane was set to depart, even though they aren't supposed to until ten minutes before departure. So two women who were ON TIME TO BOARD missed their flights because of this, my sister being one of them. She spent $1,000 on a trip to come celebrate with me at my bridal shower, and because some American Airlines staff wanted to get home early on a Friday night and just decided to close early, her entire trip was wasted. They have so far done nothing to reimburse her or help her get on another flight. I will never fly American Airlines because of this incident.
