She was so loud in the back complaining about us. "Ugh really what now!?" As If she was going to come to the window and yell at us. That attitude is not ok! I've never had a problem before the employees are always nice and do everything perfectly.

Sounds to me like someone brought their personal issues to the workplace. I also have never had any issues at Sonic, so I wouldn't let this one incident deter you from future visits.
