this might be the worst wendy’s in the world. i keep going back bc it’s like 2 mins from me, but they constantly mess up the food, fries always cold, breakfast especially bad (& i love their brekkie), out of everything, always closing during posted hours (which is probably a staffing issue bc i’m sure the pay is trash). i’ve started going to the one a little further away and it’s so much better

This Wendy’s infuriates me every other time I order. Food is cold more often than not. I ordered curbside on the app and I sat and waited for 15 minutes and never received my food. Went to the window and they said they don’t do curbside. Mind you, I got curbside delivery less than a week prior to this incident at this same location. Inside restaurant smells horrendous like they mopped with musty water. Guess I will have to find another location, but I do love the spicy nuggets enough that I haven’t given up hope yet. Lol

Store closes at 12. Pull up at 11:18 to pick up a doordash. The man in front of me gets out of the car and begins to complain that they are cleaning and weren't taking orders. I don't blame him for being upset. Ridiculous customer service. Everyone who pulled up was either ignored or shouted at.

I can only speak to the drive-thru, as I don't ever go into this particular Wendy's, but frequent the drive-thru. Everyone is always wearing masks and gloves. Not sure what more you can ask for in a drive-thru...
