Manager of a corporately owned convenience store. Corporate/District level employee's do not have time to check all the 3ed party review sites out there. Google etc is a great place to warn other customers about things. But if you ever want feedback to get to owners and managers always provide it threw their own website. Those systems will ensure it gets to management. But the only times I have the spare time to check Google reviews of my store is when I'm fully staffed. Which is never in any business where your hiring entry level employees.
