I have never, ever left a negative review before but my experience here has provoked me to do so. I have worked multiple customer service jobs and am a firm believer that anyone working front desk positions deserves empathy and that often a bad customer experience is rarely just the workers fault. However, my experience here was just plain foul. I ordered a medical blood test online through a national accredited service. Through the service this LapCorp was listed as a certified location. I paid online, booked an appointment at this location, and obtained the appropriate documents. I arrived to my appointment on time and walked up to the front counter. Upon signing in the front desk worker immediate stated that they “don’t take my insurance” and I responded with “that’s okay, I have already paid out of pocket for my test.” I presented them the appropriate paperwork but was immediately refused service because of a NYS law. I understand that certain laws prevent things, but I explained the situation and stated that this LabCorp was suppposed to be a certified partner. The worker immediately back fired that they cannot provide me the test. I asked if there was anything I could do she they responded with either pay out of pocket again or drive to Pennsylvania. The worker was genuinely rude. I realize that this is is not just the location’s fault but also the website’s. However, based on previous reviews, this locations lacks any sort of respectful decorum. I would never expect an business to preform a service deemed illegal but I do expect a business to treat a patron with the minimum level of respect. I highly suggest going anywhere else for medical tests.

Made an appointment online, showed up on time and was in getting blood drawn within 10 min. Staff were courteous.
