The installer was great & the floors look wonderful. But this was a customer service nightmare. It took over 30 phone calls to get this job done. They misplaced my measurements, then the person who was to measure again changed the date last second, then no showed on the reschedule date. Half the time you call the person who answers can't help you with what you need and you have to wait for a call back which may or may not happen. Everyone was very nice, but this place is so unorganized. Save your time and go elsewhere.

The whole experience was incredibly smooth. Scott listened to what we wanted and was able to help us narrow down options. Admittedly, we went in with a specific idea... But we are first time homeowners and knew nothing about flooring. Thankfully Scott was able to share his knowledge with us and we truly feel like we made the best decision for our needs and our future. We set the delivery date and had no issues with Kenny carpets delivering and installing on the previously identified date. They called us about half an hour before they intended to arrive. Such smooth communication and the installers even made sure to put the garbage where we requested. Other than the beautiful product and wonderful install, you would never know that we recently had workers in our house... They left everything so clean :-) Thank you for making this process smoother than I could have imagined!
