If I could give this place one star I would, the staff was RUDE AND HAD AN ATTITUDE, if you didn’t want to come in call out we waited 10 min just to get our order and the lady was acting like she didn’t want to take our order get new staff please.

My family and I visited my son in Raleigh, NC and on the way home to Virginia we stopped by Wendy's. It was about 930 PM. We ended up waiting 20 - 25 minutes for our order. Mind you they were not busy at all and the lobby was closed. There were 2 other cars waiting for their orders too. When we finally received our food, our fries and nuggets were cold and we were missing part of our order. They did bring us out hot fries and our missing food upon request, but why was our order so messed up after waiting for nearly a half an hour? They definitely need to step their game up!

Slowest drive thru ever!!!!!! And they have the dining room doors locked——- so it makes no a sense. Terrible.

Just got a little snack for end of my work shift (plain crispy/baconator fries)… I love how the bacon and cheese are distributed throughout my entire fry carton!! Fast service and friendly staff. Well done!!
