I was wondering the same!
You definitely need a mat. And be careful to select the appropriate class depending on the level of your yoga practice. If you don't have a mat, there are mats in the studio - hanging in the back of the studio that you can use.
I regularly take classes here, and while pre-registering is not required, it is recommended for classes that may fill up. Walk-ins are always welcome, but depending on class popularity it may be your best bet to pre-register. Matt and Marissa and all of the teachers are amazing, and they will make every effort to squeeze everyone in, even if a class fills up.
