Highly do not recommend. For the price could rent a much nicer place. Vehicles get keyed damaged and front office doesn't care or is always closed. Would recommend renting elsewhere.

Beautiful place to live. The apartments are lovely. It looks like an exciting and fun place to live in the summer with a nice rooftop pool and patio. The only reason I did not rent the 3 bedroom apartment I looked at is because it did not have a living room. It was nice, but it was fairly small for a 3 bed/ 2 bath.

Hello all I'm not typically one to write reviews but the customer service Jessica S from Southfield Highlands leasinf team was honestly the best customer service I've experienced, even out of the real estate market. Extremely responsive, understanding, patient and kind. She made the whole experience of apartment hunting a breeze. Pricing, questions, application procedure, all of it. Just wanted her service to be known to all,and thanks again Jessica!!

Great place to live. Very prompt and active people who give email alerts on possible incidents such as snow,fire alarms, and other activities so no one is taken by suprise. Living on the upper levels are great in terms of heat being retained during winter months!
