I treat people for opiate dependence using Suboxone or Buprenorphine (Subutex). It is on a cash basis. I give statements that can be submitted to most insurance companies for out of network reimbursement.

He is my doctor and he does offer the suboxone and subutex program. He does not accept medicicaid but you can file yourself or have the Medicaid just cover your scripts.
