Black female receptionist at mkt st location needs to change her attitude ..yes some people can bring our the worst in others but when you have a job that requires you to deal with the public on a daily work schedule you have to be prepared and her attitude is off the chart ..why schedule someone for an appointment and they show up on time only to be told be her to stay outside in your car till they call you because they are on lunch break..either schedule the appointment for later time or tell your employees to end their breaks give minutes before the next appointment ..that is so rude and when questwhy ..her response is we don't see you at the drop of a button when you arrive for your appointment .. Thank God there are laws that must be obeyed cause sister girl almost saw a bad side .. people deserve quality service along with pleasant attitudes from there providers staffing..she need an office in the back away from civilization...

I've been going to Integrated Pain Solutions for some time now. Karen who works there has absolutely helped me get back on my feet through therapy through Physical Therapy through medication management which has just decreased and I can't rave enough about this facility and staff. There was a time when I was not able to walk or move but today, through THEIR help, and by the Grace of GOD, I walk WITHOUT any assistance. They helped me get into a healthy lifestyle that changed my life. Thanks guys!
