I want to change the pick up time from 1pm to 12:00pm and change the drop off time from 5pm to 6pm, is that a problem or we can just leave the reservation as is??

Good luck with that. Worst possible customer service experience I have had. Over one hour wait just to get to the counter,with only 5 people ahead in line. Then the guy was ill-tempered and rude. Never rent a car from Fox!

Cancel your reservation and go somewhere else. That would be your best bet. Fox is a joke.
