Just flew in to San Francisco and Fox Rental car services is beyond bad. 15th people ahead of me with only 3 Agent and 2 are still working with the same people from which I stood in line 1/2 hour ago. And no manager or supervisor step out.

Typical but you will be happy when you get your car.

I rented there and had a long wait but they were at least $200 cheaper than anyone else for a 12 day rental. Return was super easy and quick. Overall I had a good experience.

My experience was worse, and as I am not comfortable on my feet that long, very painful. We uber'd in and wife had to stand by luggage as long and more until I got around.

Sounds about right. Similar situation when I rented from them. Only there was only one agent working for the first half hour I was in line then a second showed up.
