My AppleID has been disabled and I wondered if someone in the store could help me with this. I've been struggling with it.

I have to go to get mine hard reset by apple customer care told me to get a receipt from the store u bought the phone and take it to apple and get it reset

Calling customer care will help as this is not the right form i guess for this specific question.

Your best bet for Apple ID support is to call Apple as the store support staff doesn't have access to those systems.
