Service was fine, staff friendly. Car was left dirty with some glass particles. MOST IMPORTANTLY they do not provide sensor and camera recalibrations, which you may need to have done separately for hundreds of dollars additional expense

Office ladies were wonderful to schedule / check in / give updates / pay. Big thanks to Jodi this Saturday!!! I arrived at 8:10a on a Saturday and was the 3 customer in line who was waiting for their vehicle. I walked out at 10:48a with everything done. They had a small waiting room with coffee and a TV available for customers. Overall - good experience and I would go back if I needed more work done

I had replaced my broken windshield at a different shop. (Mistake) I immediately noticed a loud wind sound blowing in from the windshield. The other shop REFUSED to check the installation. Auto glass now agreed to check the installation job. Their technician, Rathuan, found a gap in the installation done at the other shop, and was able to repair it in less than a half hour for a very fair price. All the staff were kind, respectful, and cared about their customers. This is the ONLY place I will be going in Columbus for auto glass from now on. THANK YOU!!!
