The parking area in Shokan (known as Ashokan Station Trailhead) is under construction and will not open until November 20th. The trailhead is across from Mountain Road on Route 28, and the address will be 3045 NY-28, Shokan, NY.
Currently only parking area open is just past the Stewart's on rt 28. We were told hopefully opening the rest December 2019.
Not all planned access areas are open. Want to know when the rest will open. Expected dates, please.
