I have an I Phone 5. Can you replace my battery ? What's the charge ?

I have an iPhone 6s. I took it in to replace a broken screen. They ran diagnostics and said I should consider replacing the battery. It was $60.

I paid $80 for my Iphone 6s about a year ago and then apple refunded me $50 a few months later with a report CBS released regarding their batteries. I thought it was too good to be true but they emailed me and it appeared on my statement.
